Question 1

How do I reach Nusa Lembongan from Bali airport?

Accepted Answer

Take a taxi or driver to Sanur harbour (30–45 min), then a fast boat to Jungut Batu (30–40 min). Boats run hourly from about 8:00 to 16:30. We send our recommended operators with your confirmation and meet you on the beach when you land.

Question 2

Do you offer airport or harbour transfers?

Accepted Answer

Harbour pick-up on Lembongan is included: our team meets your boat with a vehicle for the two-minute ride to the villa. We can also arrange a driver from Bali airport to Sanur for an extra fee.

Question 3

What time is check-in and check-out?

Accepted Answer

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Early arrival and late departure are free when the calendar allows — just ask.

Question 4

How many people can stay?

Accepted Answer

Up to six guests in three king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. A baby cot is available on request, subject to availability.

Question 5

Is the pool private?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the 12-metre pool, terrace and garden are exclusively yours. The garden is fully walled. Children must be supervised at all times.

Question 6

Is the villa suitable for young children?

Accepted Answer

Very. We provide a high chair, baby bathtub and cot on request, the house is single-storey, and the garden is enclosed. See our family guide for calm beaches nearby.

Question 7

How good is the Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Around 20 Mbps — fine for video calls, streaming and remote work. Lembongan is a small island, so speeds can dip during storms or local outages.

Question 8

Is there air-conditioning?

Accepted Answer

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living space has ceiling fans and opens fully onto the pool for cross-breeze.

Question 9

What is included in the rate?

Accepted Answer

Daily breakfast prepared by our team, daily housekeeping, a welcome reception, robes and slippers, harbour pick-up, Wi-Fi, all utilities and pool maintenance. No hidden cleaning or service fees.

Question 10

Is breakfast really made every day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our staff cook breakfast each morning — fresh fruit, eggs your way, Balinese or Western options, Nespresso coffee — at a time that suits you.

Question 11

Can you arrange dinners, massages or trips?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Private chefs, in-villa massage, snorkel and manta trips, scooter and golf-cart rental, Nusa Penida tours and restaurant bookings — just message our host team.

Question 12

Why book direct instead of Airbnb or Booking.com?

Accepted Answer

Direct guests always get the best rate — at least 10% below the platforms, with no service fees. Availability is synced hourly with both platforms via iCal, so what you see is accurate.

Question 13

How does the booking request work?

Accepted Answer

Choose your dates, send a request via WhatsApp or email, and we confirm within a few hours with a secure payment link. A 30% deposit secures the dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Question 14

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable; within 14 days the full amount is due. We are always happy to help move dates when we can.

Question 15

Which currencies do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We quote in USD and accept USD, EUR and IDR by card or bank transfer. Displayed EUR and IDR prices use the official mid-market rate on the day, rounded.

Question 16

Is there a minimum stay?

Accepted Answer

Two nights, and three nights during Christmas, New Year and July–August.

Question 17

Do I need a scooter?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily — the beach, restaurants, shops, spas and dive centres are all within a ten-minute walk. For Dream Beach, Devil’s Tear and Ceningan, a scooter or golf cart is ideal; parking is right outside the villa.

Question 18

Are there ATMs and shops nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes — supermarkets, minimarts and ATMs are a three-minute walk. ATMs sometimes run dry at weekends, so bring some cash from Bali.

Question 19

What is the best time of year to visit?

Accepted Answer

April to October is dry and sunny with the best surf and diving; November to March is greener and quieter with short afternoon showers. Mantas are here year-round.
